For our client this would be a Pre-Sales Engineer who would be supporting their enterprise sellers with complex product mixes, running demo’s and deep-drive demos, RFP’s and implementation. Eventually, you will hand off to the service delivery team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Master all aspects of products, including features, functionality, and proscribed uses.

- Understand client workflows and diagnose key pain points to position products.

- Be a trusted partner for our customers, helping them leverage products and expertise to identify and mitigate risks in their supply chains and third party ecosystems.

- Manage all aspects of trials and technical evaluations with enterprise prospects.

- Be the key conduit for product feedback and client requirements to drive learnings back into the Product and Engineering team; scope rapid prototypes to deliver additional value.

- Coordinate across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure we are driving positive outcomes for our clients.
Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a practitioner in Trade Compliance, Export Control, or Supply Chain Risk Management or a relevant industry segment

- 3+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering in Software or Data Analytics

- Strong working knowledge of SaaS Cloud Software and the business and regulatory landscapes related to Trade Compliance, Export Control, or Supply Chain Risk Management

- Ability to lead a presentation to decision makers and communicate in an engaging and persuasive way
