Enterprise SDR:

▶ £50,000 + £30,000 bonus + Share Options

▶ 12 months average progression to Mid Market AE and then a further 2-3 years to Enterprise AE

▶ Targeted to market map, research and define ICPs, outreach, sales development, mapping target personas and getting clients to love the product

▶ Average gross earnings of Ent AE from 22>24 was £340,000 and highest earner over £1M in earnings

▶ Working with a team of A players and high achievers. Over 70% of their Sales Reps have hit quota 6 months early

 

The client:

▶ Backed by the fourth largest PE firm, with recent £300M growth investment

▶ Have doubled their ARR to £80M in the last 7 months

▶ Have a clear objective to exit through acquisition at £250M ARR (good share options in package)

▶ Solve one of the worlds most common crime; Fraud, Financial Crime & Serious Crime

▶ Is using bleeding edge ML & AI technology with inch wide, mile deep solution

▶ Work with over 500 companies in over 35 countries including fortune 100’s, 500’s and global2000 list companies including corporates & governments globally.

▶ Offer some serious earning opportunity and career development
